Q. How are leads delivered to me?
A. When your data is ready we email you a link to download a CSV file that can be imported to any database, spreadsheet or
word processing program (you can open it using Microsoft Excel). You can also directly log in to your account to download the file.
Q. I did not receive your email - what happened?
A. Check your bulk/spam folder. To prevent mail from being marked as spam, make sure to whitelist
firstname.lastname@example.org or add it to your Contacts list or ask your email service for help. If you lose the email from us you can still log in to your
account to access your data.
Q. Who is using FindNewLeads.com?
A. Large and small businesses and non-profit organizations that sell or market to businesses or consumers.
Q. How do I get approved to call consumer prospects?
A. Go to http://www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ to
obtain a Subscription Account Number (SAN) from the Federal Trade Commission and to get the latest
rules, regulations and definitions.
Q. What types of leads do you offer?
A. Two types:
1) New business listings
2) Residential "Classic New Movers" (a new name,
address and phone record)
"Neighborhood Movers" (the mover has a new address, but the same phone).
Q. What plans do you offer?
A. Three options:
1) Weekly Subscription Update to receive new listings from the past week;
2) Every 4
Weeks Subscription Update to receive new listings from the past 4 weeks;
3) One-time purchase, anytime.
Q. How can I purchase leads?
A. You may order online. Click the button below to define your order and check out securely. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Feel free to call us if you need any assistance with your order.
Q. What if I want lists of new residents AND new businesses?
A. Please place two separate orders (Res., Bus.).
Q. When do I get my leads?
A. Every initial order is flagged for immediate processing. If you're on a subscription (weekly or every 4 weeks), updates
are normally ready for you on Mondays.
Q. I started a subscription - now what?
A. You're all set! Just leave it to our system to automatically process your order every week or every 4 weeks. When it's
ready, we'll send you a courtesy email notification, or you can just log in to your account to
pick up your data.
Q. How do I print name/address onto envelopes?
A. Instructions are on the Resources page (the steps for printing
name/address onto labels are similar).
